How to make a Booking

  1. Review the itineraries on this site of the tour of your choice
  2. Download and complete a Canterbury Tours Booking Form
  3. Forward your booking form, together with your deposit of $500 per person to confirm your reservation
  4. Have you considered travel insurance – we can assist
  5. Let us know of any additional travel arrangements you may require
  6. Final payment for your tour is required approximately eight weeks prior to your departure – we will contact you to give you details of what is required – balance of tour cost, airline upgrades if required, airline taxes, optional additional sightseeing, further arrangements, insurance, currency.

Further Information

If you are travelling on your own you may require us to reserve a single room on your behalf for the duration of the tour – this requires payment of the single supplement. However, some of our guests prefer to share with another member of the group. Whilst we are not able to confirm such an arrangement at the time you make your booking, we do all possible to find a companionable fellow traveller who is also happy to share a room. This is not always possible, and if we are unable to match you with another person on the tour you would be required to pay the single supplement.
